Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, beauty, or consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Change of Mind Policy

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original eligible product first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
