SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We use NZ Post for shipping orders within New Zealand. Once dispatched, tracking information will be automatically sent via email, along with subsequent updates.
Please note that delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays.
1. Urban Area Delivery: $7.99 or Free for orders over $80.00
- North Island urban addresses: within 1-3 business days
- South Island urban addresses: within 3-5 business days
2. Rural Area Delivery: $10.89 or $4.00 for orders over $80.00
- All rural addresses: within 3–5 business days
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
PO Boxes We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at beautebox.nz@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with NZ Post and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
